- Lead, direct, train, and coordinate team members
- Perform all manufacturing and production operations within various manufacturing environments
- Encourage suggestions and create a cohesive team atmosphere amongst your team
- Review and ensure adherence to engineering drawings, shop order operations and sequence
- Determine production schedules and meet quality goals
- Utilize ERP system in manufacturing operations
- Perform and coordinate material movement
- Assist area leadership in determining overtime requirements
- Assist in making quality decision
- Monitor and analyze daily labor times, key performance indicators and other tracking reports including webapps
- Perform shop order documentation review
- Identify and elevate safety, quality, efficiency and/or team member issues to area leadership
- Experience leading teams and processes in a fast paced-environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Read, write and speak in English
- Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs. often
- Must be a team player and have good organizational skills
- Experience leading in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with metals/steel/raw materials
- Experience working with handtools and operating different types of machinery

Position Description:As a Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

The base compensation range for this role is $24 - $30 / hour for the position in California. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries in California based on the date of this job posting. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range compensation package during your hiring process.
Please understand that the compensation range may be modified in the future. Each amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation once such amount is earned and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefit or any other form of compensation may be modified at the Companys sole discretion, consistent with the law.
