Service Team Leader (m/f/d) for personnel placement in the field of heating, ventilation, and plumbing.



Your responsibilities:


  • Technical and disciplinary responsibility for employees
  • Ensuring the delivery of contracted services for the assigned property and acting as the main point of contact for the customer in all matters related to technical facility management
  • Managing the property team and planning staff deployment
  • Ensuring internal performance billing for assigned employees

Your qualifications:


  • Previous experience as an independent property manager, including budget and staff management
  • Strong focus on quality and cost awareness, with a high level of customer service orientation
