The
Institute for Educational Management at PH Ludwigsburg is responsible for the central management of the Master's programs "Educational Management" (German) and "International Education Leadership and Management" (English).

The institute has longstanding partnerships with universities in North America and Egypt.


Responsibilities:

Research in all relevant areas of educational management; further development of the program and collaboration with other departments at the university, particularly the departments of Adult Education/Vocational Education and International Educational Leadership and Management; representation of the field of educational management, including interdisciplinary and cross-university research collaborations (including international); acquisition of third-party funding projects and scientific talent; teaching (9 hours per week), conceptualization, implementation, and quality control of courses in the educational management program for Master's students, with possible connections to education for sustainable development; participation in exams and university self-administration; cooperation with the Center for Scientific Continuing Education.


Requirements:

Relevant university degree; experience in academic management, school management, organizational pedagogy, or related fields; relevant doctorate and habilitation or equivalent scientific achievements; demonstrated publications in the field; proven teaching experience; acquisition and management of third-party funding; excellent English skills in speaking and writing.
