Contigo Energy AG is an independent energy supplier and service provider in the German energy market. Our customers are exclusively business clients, for whom we comprehensively and sustainably optimize energy costs. In addition to supplying electricity and gas, we also offer services related to energy efficiency and cost optimization.


The Billing & Customer Service department is responsible for all processes resulting from the conclusion of an energy supply contract.

The focus is on accurate and timely billing.

We place special emphasis on constructive, solution-oriented and personal cooperation with our customers and suppliers to achieve a long-term relationship.


Responsibilities:

  • You are the competent contact person for your personal customer base.
  • You are responsible for the debtor account management of your customer accounts.
  • You create installment and periodic invoices.
  • You maintain the contract master data of your customers in the billing system.
  • You create customerspecific evaluations.
  • You always have customeroriented solutions in mind, because we take energy personally.

Qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • Ideally, you already have experience in energy billing.
  • You possess a high level of selforganization, creativity, and goal and solution orientation.
  • You are eloquent and can articulate yourself perfectly in both conversation and writing.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel is part of your daily work.
  • Service orientation, as well as a confident and composed demeanor, are second nature to you.
