Are you looking for a close-knit team and intensive work with young people?

Our team of professionals is excited to have you join us

We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join our team at our two intensive pedagogical-therapeutic youth facilities in the Bergen-Enkheim district.

The position is available
immediately and can be filled on a
full-time or part-time basis (minimum of 31 to 39 hours per week).

Your responsibilities:

You will provide
care, support, and guidance to young people between the ages of 12 and 21 with intensive therapeutic and pedagogical needs
You will work as a
tandem caregiver: you will never be alone
You will assist with daily structure, managing their own illness, group learning, school, career orientation and preparation, etc.

In addition:

Participation in the development and updating of individual support and integration plans
Crisis intervention
Documentation, report writing, and written statements
Working with parents, family members, and legal guardians
Maintaining contact with youth welfare offices, psychiatric facilities, psychotherapists, schools, internships, and other partners
Contributing to the development and implementation of new projects and ideas
