    Job Description

    The isolved Business Development is at the vanguard of our Sales & Marketing activities, helping to find and develop opportunities at scale. Our representatives are passionate about getting results that not only ensure revenue success but also support our brand and market penetration goals.

    Core Job Duties

    • Contact prospective clients from lead source lists via email and cold calls.
    • Use prospecting strategies and research of prospect/industry to help warm and nurture potential clients.
    • Work to uncover potential needs or challenges of prospect's current process/software and determine if our product is a good fit
    • Schedule introductory meetings between prospect and field sales representatives with appropriate handover
    • Provide feedback and ongoing communication with sales and marketing to ensure pipeline is flowing with appropriate prospects.
    • Cultivate and grow network and establish relationships within assigned market to ensure an ongoing pipeline of opportunities.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Reliable, self-starter, with a desire to learn and grow
    • Excellent communication, and listening skills
    • Seeks and implements feedback to improve results
    • Ability to persuade others and overcome objections through engagement, tenacity, and persistence
    • Team player who drives success and motivates others. Ability to succeed individually but also win as one
    • Experience in sales or customer service industry
    • Knowledge of business process or HCM software
    • Works hard and doesn't like to take no for an answer.
