- Materials management – oversee execution and delivery of NPI customer orders, mitigating risks to meet program schedule.
- Ensure component supply plans contribute to credible master production schedules by identifying and resolving supply/demand imbalances.
- Customer collaborative planning – understand customer demand outlook and manage delivery commitment expectations.
- Be flexible to support rapidly changing customer requirements in a positive manner.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to drive material allocations in support of customer project schedules.
- Work in partnership with technical program managers and system engineers to ensure that bills of material are precise, ensuring demand accuracy.
- Measure business performance and drive corrective actions to ensure ZT meets or exceeds customer service requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, independently resolving issues - using escalations when appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Engineering from an accredited college.
- 0+ years of working experience in Supply Chain Analytics / Project Management
- Aptitude to proactively manage client relationships for strong business-to-business partnerships.
- Materials planning knowledge, order fulfillment process knowledge.
- Track record for utilizing innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address complex and/or contentious issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills with a high degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous data to achieve focus and use facilitation skills to keep projects moving forward.
- Focus on high attention to detail, efficient time management, and consistent follow-through.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Tableau, Visio desired.
