As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Operations and Processing Analyst.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations and Processing Analyst to join our team at Blackbridge Investment Group.

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of operations from lead generation to funding, as well as conducting pre-underwriting tasks and managing payment plans within our CRM system.


Responsibilities:


  • Process Operations through the workflow in our CRM system from the lead stage through funding.
  • Conduct preunderwriting and file scrubbing for auto declines to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage manual payments and update payment plans in the CRM system as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the processing workflow.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in training new team members on processing procedures and CRM system usage.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 02 years of experience in operations, processing, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry practices and procedures is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Google, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Pay:
$50, $70,000.00 per year
