    IT Operations Analyst


    Location :
    : New York, NY (Day 1 Onsite)

    Contract :
    : Fulltime


    Role & Responsibilities:
    Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

    1. Support regional requirements for Voice Services.
    2. ddress local L1 & L2 issues.
    3. Local support for voice services, including IPC, Movius, carrier services, voice recording and Cisco telephony.
    4. Support with MACD and Project activities.
    5. L2 Switching, L3 Routing, OSPF, BGP, Redistribution, Multicast IGMP, PIM,
    6. bility to tshoot network incidents
