    Description

    Are you ready to make a positive impact in the dental industry while working with a cutting-edge clear aligner system? We're seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Dental Territory Manager who will bring their sales expertise and dental knowledge to help dentists grow their practices with our clear aligner system Applicants must reside in the Alpharetta Georgia area to be considered. This is a remote full time position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospecting New Customers (Primary)

    • Be the go-to strategic partner for dentists, showing them how the clear aligner system can enhance their practice and patient satisfaction.
    • Use your proactive approach and consultative selling skills to engage with new prospects through various channels, including in-person visits, emails, calls, and social media interactions.
    • Take the lead in identifying new sales opportunities and conducting product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of the clear aligner system.
    • Keep track of all interactions and activities in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
    • Represent us at events and trade shows to expand awareness and grow our customer base.

    Implementation & Onboarding of New Customers

    • Provide hands-on demonstrations to prospective dentists, guiding them through the integration process.
    • Ensure seamless onboarding for new customers, offering training on the benefits of the aligner system and supporting them in maximizing its potential.
    • Foster ongoing relationships with existing customers, offering additional support and training as needed to drive alignment sales.

    Growing Existing Customers

    • Support existing customers in maximizing their aligner sales activities through effective use of marketing tools and ongoing training.
    • Proactively reach out to customers to address any concerns or opportunities for improvement, ensuring their success with the aligner system.
    • Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to our products and services.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, essential for managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, both independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
    • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, including overnight stays.
