SUMMARY:
Supervises and coordinates all activities associated with Shipping and Receiving. Lead of process not people. Embraces and executes the Company Core Values and actively supports the Company's vision and goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties will be assigned in a progressive manner:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the activities associated with shipping and receiving.
Reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor / Manufacturing Manager / Plant Manager when performance issues arise with the team members to be addressed to the salaried leader using the information provided by the lead; if applicable.
QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In daily work, a team member is responsible for maintaining or exceed the degree of excellence requested by the internal and external customers of this department.
This includes following established policies, following ISO 9001 & 14001 policies, business practices, and work instructions, using problem solving techniques to solve root causes of problems, and viewing quality as customer satisfaction.
