Primary Accountant
This is a full-time position for Naples, FL

Position for hire:

We are seeking an experienced
Primary Accountant who works well on a team to be hands-on and oversee general bookkeeping operations while maintaining efficiency with financials and reporting.

This is a daily full-time position with benefits. Looking for someone who likes a challenge and loves accounting who has a desire to grow.

This position requires an extremely organized and detailed individual to focus on:

• In-house lead accountant to oversee bookkeeping

- (SOP) Standard Operating Procedure implementation

• Responsible for keeping updated financial records
• Daily bank reconciliation with multiple accounts
• AR Customer billing & invoicing
• Payroll entries and monitoring
• Oversee AP vendor payments
• Yearend 1099 reporting
• Sales Tax Payments
• Maintaining general ledger
• Preparing monthend close procedures
• Daily agent commission processing
• General Business Administration
• Oversee facility agreements
• Oversee insurance renewals
• Oversee service agreements

Skills and Software Requirements

• Real Estate bookkeeping experience preferred, but not required
• Strategic Planning and Implementation for efficiencies
• Detailed and strong administrative skills
• Proficient with Office365 and MS Suite Outlook, Excel, Word and QuickBooks Online, Merchant Solutions systems
• ACH bank processing
• Excellent time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Embrace department deadlines, policies, and procedures
• Ability to problem solve effectively

$70,000- $80,000
