Position Summary:

Ensure efficient operations of the Service production through Inventory Maintenance and Control while working directly with the Service Team. This position reports directly to the Service Manager.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform Inventory Control functions to ensure receiving, stocking and distributing equipment and parts to all departments is accurate and efficient.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and the Service Department to support inventory management, receipt of parts and order status updates.
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the parts sales to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Enter parts inventory information accurately into company software management system.
  • Place and complete all parts orders with vendors and manufacturers with all appropriate data documented in software management program.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with vendors and manufacturers while negotiating terms and prices to optimize inventory costs.
  • Efficiently and accurately post invoices to ensure proper payments to vendors and manufacturers, reconciling invoices to work orders for pricing accuracy and comparing prices for the lowest cost.
