    Description
    Join our team and help keep the roads, rails, and airways safe, by ensuring our clients' employees are performing their jobs in an alcohol and drug free workplace.

    We work as a team to meet the needs of our clients by connecting our certified onsite drug and alcohol subcontractors across the country to complete the required testing needs of our clients. While this is technically a call center position, most of the calls are handled by our automated system. The majority of your time is spent off the phone working on daily tasks ensuring tests are completed. When the phone does rings, you are answering to assisting our clients or sub-contractors.

    We invest in you by training you to the same regulations our subcontractors must follow so you are better able to assist when they have questions.

    You will have an opportunity to work as a team, provide guidance to the subcontractors we use, and interact directly with our clients.

    We are a small office setting. Typically about 8-10 people in our office, depending on the shift/day. Our building has a secure entry policy, we are not open to the public. Great location, just off of 108th and Dodge Street. Business casual dress code.

We have multiple managers that started in this position and advanced as their skills and experiences improved so that they could assume management level roles and become account managers to our clients.

    Essential Functions/Competencies
    • Building relationships with clients, subcontractors and other employees based on trust and reliability through excellent communication.
    • Learning the DOT regulations on drug collections and alcohol testing and applying that knowledge in interactions with clients and sub-contractors. We provide all training.
    • Respond to issues that arise with subcontractors or clients, and document the steps taken in the resolution.
    • Use computers skills to communicate testing details and scheduling information to subcontractors and clients.
    • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, client protocols and tools appropriately to assist clients and subcontractors.
    • Reviewing documentation for errors and accurately entering data into databases in an efficient manner when needed.
    • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information.
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Commitment to maintaining and developing the necessary interpersonal skills to meet the needs of MTS, our clients and business partners.
    • Must be able to perform multiple duties and transition quickly between them depending on the needs of the business.
    • Requires learning multiple programs and applications including Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
    • Must possess a strong attention to detail and customer service attitude.
    Physical
    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (desk, option to stand or sit) 80% of the time.
    • Must be able to operate a computer for needed tasks 70% of the time.
    • Manage multiple calls during periodic high call volume.
    Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, meetings, and general office work.

    Job Type: Full-time

    From $18.00 per hour and up
