- Basic office and administrative skills
- Assistance with HR compliance, including I-9 verification
- Assistance with professional correspondence
- Data entry
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Oracle, and WordPress
- Greet and assist customers in person and by telephone; take messages
- Schedule appointments using Google calendar
- Input data using different types of computer software
- Retrieve and download data from systems as needed
- Perform audits and assist in compliance with document retention policy
- Assist with completing I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Scan, link, and proofread employee documents
- Update department website
- Transcribe handwritten notes
- Update student job bulletin boards
- Order flowers for employees as needed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to interact professionally in person and over the phone
- Ability to follow and maintain standard office protocols
- Ability to attend to detail in all aspects of work
- Ability to input data accurately
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
