    Who We Are: Greenstone Partners is a leading, Chicago-based Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Investment Sales Brokerage. Our best-in-class Brokerage team represents sellers and buyers through the sale of commercial investment properties and provides in-depth analysis and advisory services. Greenstone advises its clients on nearly every type of commercial real estate product type, and each member of Greenstone's team has a specialized CRE investment sales focus.

    The Role: As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will manage and execute a dynamic combination of marketing strategy and graphic design responsibilities.

    The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. The candidate handles constructive criticism well, is a team player, and manages others effectively.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Proactive leadership of Greenstone's marketing platform and management of its graphic design team.
    • Reports directly to the COO the planning and reporting of marketing team's monthly, quarterly, and annual initiatives.
    • Assertively navigates the working dynamics with the Brokerage team, maintaining authority over production processes, blast scheduling, and bandwidth management.
    • Strategize, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences and enhance audience engagement.
    • Manage Greenstone's Revere CRE Listing Platform and relationship with Revere's team.

    Leadership of Greenstone's Marketing Platform

    • Conceptualize, design, and create various marketing materials including email campaigns, website assets, social media graphics, and digital presentations. Visual assets must align with the firm's brand identity. Many of the materials incorporate existing templates.
    • Drive ongoing standardization and streamlining of Greenstone's full deal cycle marketing process.
    • Proactively research and implement new digital marketing tools and channels, such as SEO and SEM, to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
    • Ensure consistency across all production materials, maintaining brand integrity and alignment with company values.

    Graphic Design

    • Collaborate directly with Sales Brokers to create presentation and listing marketing collateral.
    • Streamline collateral production where possible, prioritizing quality on CVs and OMs, and standardizing email deal blasts, brochures, comps, and track record building.

    Public Relations

    • Consistently manage deal-related PR activities, defining and monitoring metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
    • Develop relationships with local and regional CRE-industry press contacts (Crain's, Bisnow, REJournal, etc.) to enhance the promotion of Greenstone's brokerage activities.
    • Pursue broker award opportunities / help register / create baseline write-ups for submission.
    • Manage advertising activities and sponsorship opportunities.
    • Routinely update the company website to promote recent firm activity, enhance UX, and improve traffic.

    Social Media

    • Lead the planning and execution of firm's social media campaign strategy on LinkedIn and Instagram.
    • Collaborate with Brokers on programmatic social media campaigns to enhance their individual brokerage businesses.
    • Define and monitor metrics/analytics of our website and social channels and reweighting of our efforts accordingly.

    Miscellaneous

    • Keep tabs on competitors as well as overall design trends, audio, video, and social trends.
    • Set the tone for work ethic and expectations, and mentor team members to foster professional growth and development.

    REQUIREMENTS & MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must be on-site at our office 5 days per week (located on Goose Island / free parking if you have a vehicle).
    • 3+ years marketing / branding / design leadership experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, design, or a related field.
    • Strong portfolio – Please be able to provide a digital version.
    • Detail-oriented with an eye for typography, balance, hierarchy, layout, and color usage.
    • Familiarity or experience with Commercial Real Estate preferred.

    Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 (dependent on level of experience)
