Professional Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Healthcare/Home Care Marketing preferred
• Must be well organized, selfmotivated and detailoriented
• Ability to handle multitasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of data analytics, capable of leveraging insights to drive strategic marketing initiatives.
• Willingness to travel to different community organizations, facilities and client homes to develop community engagement.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards referral sources and coworkers

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives
• Perform pre

- and post-call planning to identify and meet the needs of the referral community. Visiting leads and closing sales

• Makes cold calls to all potential healthcare settings that could use our services.
• Educate Case Managers, Discharge Planners, Social Service Directors, Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, etc. about our services through effective sales calls, inservices, training and outreach with the appropriate tools, resources and collateral
• Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to increase patient count

Travel Requirements:
This job requires willingness to travel to different locations, including client homes.
