Position: IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

Manages all aspects of diverse IT projects
Directs staff and resolves issues to ensure project goals are met
Employs scrum master techniques in Agile development practices
Builds knowledge of company, processes, and customers
Analyzes and solves problems using standard procedures
Requires expanded conceptual knowledge and additional skill sets
Understands key business drivers
Provides guidance to new associates
Impacts quality of work for the team
Explains information in straightforward situations

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience in executing OCO and Agile development methodologies
Background in systems or computer engineering
Active Secret Clearance
SAFe certification desired
