- Act as the designated Scrum Master for one or more agile development teams.
- Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Direct and mentor the Scrum team on optimal practices for agile principles and Scrum methodology.
- Recognize and eliminate barriers obstructing the team's progress or empower them to locate the appropriate resources for resolution.
- Nurture a high-performance team environment that is concentrated, efficient, and in harmony with sprint objectives.
- Cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement within the team, exploring methods to enhance processes and workflows.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a clear grasp of project objectives, user stories, and priorities.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent environment that encourages imagination and innovation within the development team.
- Monitor and report team advancement, performance metrics, and other pertinent data to stakeholders.
- Shelter the team from external diversions and disruptions that may disturb their concentration.
- Assist the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog, ensuring it remains prioritized and current.
- Facilitate clear internal and external communication, endorsing openness and disseminating information efficiently.
- Guide the team towards higher levels of maturity at a rhythm that is manageable and sustainable for both the team and the organization.
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Must possess Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or a similar level of experience.
- At least 5 years of background working as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment.
- Showcased comprehension of agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Exceptional facilitation, organization, and issue-solving skills.
- Confirmed capacity to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, adapting communication approaches to different audiences.
- Experience with popular agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is advantageous.
- Ability to adjust to evolving requirements and flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
