    Responsibilities

    • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process
    • Onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary training and orientation
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
    • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
    • Coordinate and conduct employee performance evaluations
    • Support employee development initiatives, including training programs and career development opportunities
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
    • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, ensuring our HR processes remain efficient and effective
