    EmpiRx Health is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist. In this critical role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business leaders and employees within EmpiRx Health's Orlando location. You will play a vital role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, driving talent strategies, and fostering a positive work culture.

    What You'll Do:
    As a HR Generalist your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, here are a few:
    • Collaborate with business leaders in our Orlando location to provide strategic HR guidance and support.
    • Partner with management to assess and address HR needs, including talent requirements, performance management, and employee engagement.
    • Lead HR initiatives that support organizational objectives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
    • Coach and advise managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
    • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

    What You Need:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
    • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
    • Strong coaching and advisory skills, with the ability to navigate complex employee relations situations.
    • Start up experience preferred.
    • Prior experience working with a PEO preferred
    • Prior Pharmacy Benefit Management experience preferred.
