    A. Duda and Sons, Inc., one of Central Florida's top privately held companies, is looking for an experienced HR Generalist in Oviedo, FL.

    Position Overview:

    As the HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Corporate HR Department, collaborating closely with HR leaders to ensure the seamless execution of various HR initiatives. You will be involved in all aspects of the employee life cycle and will contribute significantly to achieving the department's and the organization's goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities with a focus on timely and accurate candidate management
    • Assist with workforce planning and structural assessments
    • Provide guidance on employee relations matters and facilitate conflict resolution
    • Handle pension and leave-related issues efficiently
    • Support internal and external stakeholders with HR-related inquiries
    • Oversee the exit process and conduct exit interviews
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of HR experience or 5+ years without a degree
    • Familiarity with employment laws and strong recruitment skills
    • Possession or pursuit of a PHR or SHRM-CP designation
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
    • Attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational abilities
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
    • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and work hours may vary
