    Description
    Zendesk is looking for a driven Sr.

    Analyst, onsite at either our Mexico City, Mexico office OR our Krakow, Poland office to join a high-impact, hard-working team that drives strategy and operational rigor to our global business.

    This person will help shape, build, and scale up Zendesk's vision, strategy and execution for the GTM organization.

    This role will apply a "business owner" lens to understand the success drivers of our existing business, find opportunities to improve our expansion, churn and contraction, and define plans to successfully capture those opportunities.

    In this high-visibility role, you will be a key business partner to senior members of the Zendesk executive teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.


    What you'll be doing:
    Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to our Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations teams
    Be the domain expert and voice of all-things for the Global installed customer base.
    Tell "the story" of what's going on in the business, with an ability to synthesize data and insights into an overall narrative that identifies key issues and the actions to address those issues
    Leverage data to surface leading indicators and deep insights that will enable leadership establish and revise strategies and tactics in a timely manner
    Partner with the Enterprise Data & Analytics team to build the foundational data architecture that will underpin analytics frameworks
    Identify, diagnose and resolve performance issues within our business, working multi-functionally to drive action

    Basic Qualifications:
    BS/BA degree in business, statistics, economics, or related degree OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
    2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, data analytics, business intelligence, or related field
    Intermediate SQL query writing and experience implementing and working with analytics data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery, MySQL, Snowflake)
    Experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, PowerBI) and advanced Excel or Google Sheet functions
    Attention to detail when it comes to requirement gathering and data quality
    Self-driven, or ability to drive projects on your own
