As we are building a world class team and capabilities across all the above areas, we are looking for a highly hands on Principal Data Analyst to join our team.

The person will get a fantastic opportunity to work hand in hand with a broad range of business groups and be directly responsible for enabling them to meet & exceed their goals through data analysis & reporting What you'll be working on

Work with VP's, C level Execs and business leaders to clearly understand their business needs and translate them into cleardata projects/ requirements

Initiate and lead business and data projects and execute them end to end, collaborating with business partners and technology teams.

Do detailed analysis of multiple large datasets using SQL and be able to derive specific insights and inferences.
Proficiency to create intuitive dashboards and reports for business projects and communicate the value and insights to the business audience effectively
Create short presentations on data projects or data analysis findings and be able to effectively communicate the business value of the work to multiple audiences
Work with data engineers and data architects to establish data pipelines and automation for the business data layer
Strong understanding and business acumen of GTM functions (Marketing, Sales Ops & Finance) and the associated datasets
Self-driven with attention to detail and able to lead data projectswith minimal supervision.
What you bring to the role

Highly conversant in SQL with at 8+ years hands on experience in data analysis, on a day-to-day basis
Atleast3years' experience in a GTM business functionas a data/ business analyst working on ad-hoc data analysis and data projects to create business insights
3 years' experience working in a data warehouse environment, with strong familiarity in dimensional models, facts, dimensions and aggregate tables for reporting
Experience building dashboards and reports with any reporting tool preferably PowerBI
Experience working in cloud based relational DB platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS)
Demonstrate sense of urgency in meeting business needs by being able to prioritize multiple business requests and execute them to logical conclusion effectively
Skillful in complex data analysis, troubleshoot data issues quickly and implement work arounds or permanent solutions to keep the business moving with quality data
Experience/ certification in Salesforce will be a plus

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is 138k - 160k.

Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
