    FULL TIME: M-F 8am-5pm (on-site at our Omaha, NE office)

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a full-time Office Manager, to contribute to the smooth flow of daily tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to grasp concepts rapidly, think proactively, and work efficiently with minimal guidance. By attending meetings, taking precise notes, running and summarizing reports, collecting data, and managing projects, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the department's operational efficiency. Your exceptional communication skills, attentiveness, and ability to adapt will make you an invaluable asset to the team.     Desired Skills & Qualifications

    • 2+ years of Operations / Administrative experience
    • Ability & Desire to work closely with senior management.
    • Must be comfortable using MS Office Suite, and Apple ecosystem
    • Quick typing skills, efficient with data handling, and loves attention to detail.
    • Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills
    • Valid Driver's License with proof of current insurance & reliable transportation.
    • Ability to pass Criminal Background Check
