Who are we? CABUWAZI is a children and youth circus with social, artistic, and educational goals, implemented at 6 locations in Berlin.

CABUWAZI includes the Institute for Circus Therapy Alegria and the Circus Academy Berlin. We are committed to a tolerant, democratic society and an open-minded Berlin. Our goal is to empower children and young people and support them in unleashing their potential through self-efficacy. We are currently seeking reinforcements for our information office at CABUWAZI Hohenschönhausen.
INFORMATION OFFICE EMPLOYEE IN HOHENSCHÖNHAUSEN (M/W/D)
20 HOURS/WEEK


Responsibilities:
~ Support of the site management
~ Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
~ Receiving, processing, and distributing inquiries
~ General office and administrative tasks
~ Monitoring and ordering office and consumable materials
~ (Assistance with) creating offers and contracts


What we expect:
Commercial training or comparable qualification, first professional experience is an advantage
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Independent work style, reliability, and willingness to perform
Communication skills
Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
Good English language skills
