- Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of office-related work experience, including internships or volunteer roles.
- A willingness to work set shifts, which may include weekends or evenings.
- Proven ability to multitask using multiple computer applications simultaneously.
- Capability to work in the office for 75% - 100% of the time when needed.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients' financial needs.
- Commitment to resolving complex client inquiries using technology and collaborating with Schwab business partners to find efficient solutions.
- Skill in building rapport with clients over the phone to establish long-lasting relationships with Schwab.
- Team player mindset and a desire to work collaboratively in a supportive environment.
- Attention to detail to comply with bank policies and procedures.
- Motivation to learn and grow, with dedicated support from a team manager to help you achieve performance goals through leadership and on-the-job training.
