**Responsibilities:**

Development of talent and the overall production and profitability of the department.
Will lead a team of advisors and technicians in performing all services offered by a new car dealership including warranty work
Responsible for the overall experience of the service department
Offers support to the other departments of the dealership
**Qualifications:**
Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
At least 1 year of automotive management and automotive customer service experience
Experience with implementing structured business processes
A hard-working can-do attitude
Excellent interpersonal and management skills
