    Seeking a Marketing Coordinate for a Direct hire Opportunity

    OUR CLIENT: Global Engineer, Design, Construction, Digital, Equipment Manufacturing Company

    JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator

    LOCATION: Onsite in Fullerton, CA

    ROLE TYPE/DURATION: Direct Hire

    COMPENSATION: $65,000+ Benefits

    JOB SUMMARY: Looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic team to drive our client's marketing efforts.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    • Assist with the production of proposals, presentations and prequals
    • Research and coordinates project photography, headshots, office stock photography, and event photography
    • Schedule internal analysis meetings to discuss specific details of projects won
    • Obtain project photography and information for project datasheets
    • Maintain project data/customer information within CRM
    • Request and maintain reference letters
    • Assist with marketing brochure production
    • Provide support for both internal and external events
    • Help maintain marketing vendor spreadsheet and organize and maintain files
    • Ability to provide backup for all things administrative

    WHAT'S REQUIRED TO APPLY:

    • Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field or five (5) years of experience in similar roles; or the equivalent combination of both
    • A highly organized individual is a must with experience managing several projects at once.
    • Must have experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.) Experience in A/E/C industry, photography skills, database systems, and work management platform (Asana) a plus
