JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Marketing Coordinator will work under the direction of the Marketing Director to organize deadlines, compile project information, and maintain the client database in support of proposals, presentations, digital marketing, and print collateral.
The position may require some flexibility in work hours to meet deadlines.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
A bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is preferred.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a marketing adminstrative role, preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
Software:
Proficient to expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite-particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Macintosh Operating System. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
EXPECTATIONS:
The following are the minimum expectations that the Executive Leadership requires of a
Marketing Coordinator:
- Maintain resources and information systems: ordering materials, updating project documentation and databases, resumes, image libraries, website content, and support of award submissions.
- Conduct internal research to compile project data.
- Manage the marketing department's calendar, scheduling meetings and events.
- Taking a leading role in the planning and execution of events, such as trade shows, client cocktail parties, company events, conferences, and client presentations.
- Maintain the marketing department's database, ensuring accurate and uptodate information on clients, prospects, and industry contacts.
- Develop an understanding of Ruhnau Clarke's portfolio of work, practice areas, and firmwide capabilities to support social media execution.
- Support Marketing in developing relevant materials as needed
SKILLS:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in setting up and managing a deadline management system.
- Detailoriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fastpaced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a minimum of 50% of the time.
- Must be able to efficiently use the keyboard and computer mouse.
- Must be able to thoroughly communicate clearly with others.
- Must have visual acuity of 20 inches or closer.
- Must have reliable transportation.

From $30.00 per hour
