    MAIN ROLE

    Our Service Assistants play a crucial role in supporting our wine team during evening services. They are responsible for setting up the dining room, preparing tables, utensils, and assisting sommeliers in maintaining the tables efficiently. Service Assistants need to be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable interacting with guests.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and set up trays, plates, utensils, and napkins for service.
    • Assist sommeliers with table maintenance, refilling glassware, and polishing cutlery.
    • Ensure tables are set and reset properly during service.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining areas.
    • Assist in food running and explaining dishes to guests.
    • Attend to guests' needs promptly and professionally.
    • Adhere to high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
    • Collaborate with team members to optimize restaurant performance.
    • Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.

    Qualities required:

    • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service.
    • Friendly, social, and a team player.
    • Meticulous, efficient, and open to learning.
    • Reliable, prompt, and hospitable.
    • Knowledgeable about food and beverage.
    • Determined to deliver high-quality service.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
    • RBS certification is a plus.
