- Drive revenue from new accounts:
- Developing and managing a robust sales pipeline for new accounts
- Participation in the entire sales process including prospecting, account research, pipeline management, solution selling and contract negotiation.
- Architecting and setting up complex projects usually involving multiple Stirista solutions
- Analyzes customer business goals, objectives, needs, process, and existing infrastructure.
- Applies business outcome-based sales principles and demonstrates relevant and transferable company experience in developing sales strategy, opportunity briefs and sales plans to drive new logo and client solution.
- Work closely with the operating groups to define and extend the core offerings.
- Establishes trusted relationships with client executives to originate new opportunities in new logo accounts.
- Achievement of quarterly and annual sales quota objectives
- Consultative and solution selling experience of data, digital and marketing solutions.
- Knowledge, understanding and experience in the following areas:
- B2B and / or B2C Data
- Digital advertising (CTV/OTT, display, native, social)
- Account-based marketing (ABM) and account-based advertising (ABA) solutions and use cases.
- Email marketing and marketing automation solutions (acquisition and retention)
- B2B media & AdTech landscape (data collection, onboarding, publishers, ad networks, DSPs/DMPs, programmatic)
- MarTech landscape (ABM platforms, MAS, CRM, lead gen, demand gen)
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment with multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and related software.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business- related field is preferred.
- Experience in Software, Financial Services, Insurance, Media, Entertainment, Non-Profit, Consumer Services, High Tech or Retail will be an added advantage.

Job DescriptionThe Digital / Data Account Executive is responsible for selling Stirista's data, digital solutions, and products. Stirista's solutions include business and consumer data, data activation, identity solutions, email marketing, CTV and OTT advertising, and display, native and social media advertising. The Account Executive will be a highly motivated, quick learner, and self-starter that is able to lead solution selling efforts in the mid-market and enterprise space targeting both the demand generation and product side buyer. A dynamic personality with a track record of sales success and the ability to reach decision-makers is essential.
