    Job DescriptionThe Associate Territory Manager position offers an accelerated track for an exciting career selling ACIST Medical Systems cardiology medical devices as a member of the Bracco Medical Technologies team.

    This minimum 24-36 month comprehensive program will immerse participants in an environment that focuses on building strong customer relationships, selling, teaching, clinical support and preparing individuals for a role within the field sales organization.

    The program includes a combination of training designed to:
    Develop strong medical device knowledge within the Cardiovascular spaceBuild sales, clinical and technical skills Develop a deep understanding of the ACIST Medical Systems line of productsLearn account and relationship managementIdeally, the candidate will live in Salt Lake City, UT or the metro area surroundings

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


    Support sales team in assigned geography to drive ACIST revenue and is responsible for assisting and achieving overall sales goals and objectivesAssist with account management, including case coverage, inventory control, product in-servicing, installations and training, gather procedure data, customer service and support Provide thorough product knowledge and demonstrate proper use of ACIST products to physicians and staffConduct sales presentations, competitive research and analysis Provide support to assigned territories as well as outside territory support, as neededEstimated Annual On-target Earnings*: $50,000 salary and up to $20,000 in variable compensation.

    Company car and gas card included. Required SkillsMinimumAssociate degree required. Bachelor's degree (preferred).

    Medical Device College (preferred).Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership in extra-curricular organizations (internships, work, athletics, volunteerism, clubs or associations) Up to 2 years proven sales experience Experience developing presentations to various audience levelsLeads with integrity; confident and competitivePersonable, energetic and responsiveMust be able to meet and maintain customer/medical facility access requirements, including regular or periodic drug screenings with a satisfactory result in accordance with the requirements of the customer/medical facility servicedMust be willing to relocate within the US as opportunities and business needs arise Ability to travel 75%+ of the time Able to lift and manipulate equipment weighing 50 poundsValid driver's licenseBracco Medical Technologies/ACIST Medical Systems, Inc.
