    Job Title: Clinical Support Specialist

    As a Clinical Support Specialist at CK Family Services, you will directly interact with children, youth, and their families using proven practices to enhance well-being and achieve positive results.

    • Provide curriculum-based mental health services to families, individuals, and groups.
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all interactions and services provided.
    • Present cases for review during supervisory meetings.
    • Act promptly in reporting any suspicions of abuse or neglect.
    • Attend mandatory meetings and maintain professionalism at all times.
    • Be knowledgeable about agency policies and procedures.
    • Participate in various team and clinical meetings.
    • Transport clients when necessary.
    • Handle phone calls and requests efficiently.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
    • Experience in working with individuals with mental illnesses and children with emotional disturbances.
    • Computer proficiency including data entry and MS Office.
    • Willingness to travel across Texas.
    • Strong decision-making skills and a positive attitude towards new projects.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
    • Availability for on-call duties and quick responses to communication.
    • Physical capabilities as described in the job requirements.
