    Inside Sales Representative - Essential Role at Efficient Roofing

    Job Summary: At Efficient Roofing, our Inside Sales Representatives are indispensable contributors to our growth and success. This pivotal role requires a thorough understanding of The Track-Selling System, facilitating seamless collaboration between our inside and outside teams. This role is where potential roofing contracts begin. Successfully understand prospective clients' needs, match them with Efficient Roofing's capabilities, and persuasively encourage potential clients to get a field assessment, meet with our outside field sales team to receive a quote, and engage with us to complete the work contract. This role also involves actively using the company CRM, which requires active participation to process orders, quotes, and records data effectively.

    Responsibilities

    1. Marketing Inbound Lead Management

    1. Follow up on marketing-generated leads

    2. Qualify leads effectively to identify sales potential

    3. Gain agreement on the need for Efficient Roofing services

    4. Schedule assessment and quote appointments for the outside sales team

    1. Number of marketing-generated leads contacted

    2. Number of leads setting up field assessments for quotes

    3. Conversion % of marketing-generated leads

    2. Sales Outreach - Sales Lead Management

    1. Build relationships with potential customers

    2. Develop and use persuasion skills to attract quote opportunities

    3. Acquire new sales-generated leads

    4. Complete the first 4 steps of the Track Selling process on each opportunity

    5. Keep good notes and records to support KPI improvements

    1. Number of prospects contacted

    2. Number of new sales leads generated

    3. Number of sales leads setting up field assessments for quotes

    4. Conversion % of sales-generated leads

    3. Customer Relationship Development – Customer Focused Engagement

    1. Interact with potential clients regularly, offer no charge service

    2. Gather information to understand customer needs clearly

    3. Collect feedback from finished projects to improve customer satisfaction

    4. Measure and evaluate customer satisfaction & report findings

    5. Keep good notes and records to support KPI improvements

    3. Calculate customer satisfaction score

    4. Marketing Collaboration

    3. Effectively execute client nurturing campaigns for prospects

    4. Provide feedback to marketing on any campaign's effectiveness
