Job DescriptionTransportation Sales Manager- Shawnee, KS
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client in the Shawnee, KS area, looking to fill their Transportation Sales Manager role. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Truck Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the trucking industry, and excellent communication skills. As a Truck Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, building relationships, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate trucking solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in truck or automotive sales.
- Strong understanding of trucking industry trends, products, and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Details:

Monday-Friday: 40 hours/week
Job Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $110-120,000 annually
Benefits: Medical, Dental, LT/ST Disability

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
