    Description
    The Financial analyst is to assist in developing yearly budgets and monthly forecast designed to achieve management strategic plan. The analyst will support management planning and decision-making by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information. The analyst will provide monthly analysis designed to assist management operating decisions. The analyst will also assist in various special projects including investments, process improvement, and market analysis.
    Specific Responsibilities

    Work with business unit in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
    Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
    Produce models to plan quantitative and qualitative analysis.
    Communicate to senior management the reasons behind inventory lot and departmental performance and results.
    Assist in preparing monthly KPI, scorecards, and management reports.
    Review existing processes and procedures for continuous improvement designed to increase accuracy and efficiency.
    Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability.
    Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
    Assist in building forecasting database/models for accuracy and efficiency.

    Monthly fixed assets portfolio summary report.
    Monthly lease forecast & bridge.
    Monthly detail sales & general ledger reconciliation.
    Monthly departmental functional expense report.
    Working capital analysis (actual vs budget, vs prior year)
    Monthly Quarterly Forecast to EIC.
    Weekly Maintenance CAPEX report.
    Monthly Asset Sale Report
    Monthly Ad Hoc report to EIC Tax dept.
    Monthly Geographical Sales
    Monthly Asset Portfolio Report
    Quarterly Board Reports.

    Daily order flash report (Detail parts and fee orders report)

    Monthly detail parts analysis (by lot, platform, and part number)
    Monthly detail inventory analysis (growth, turns, obsolete, etc.)
