Job Summary

Prepares and analyzes financial reports, trends and opportunities. Maintains journals and ledgers, prepares financial documents, conducts financial studies as well as coordinates financial projects.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Approves transactions, evaluates opportunities as well as makes recommendations regarding project progress and future business opportunities.
Analyzes and tracks key financial metrics also operational procedures to cultivate improvements in execution.
Performs analysis of financial statement accounts and specific projects, as directed.

Reviews electronic deal submissions and ensures that deal points generated by Sales Organization aligns with prior approvals and all business rules are followed before contract is generated for customer execution.

After contract is customer executed, audits all supporting documents to ensure that contract aligns with original approvals and required support is included for company execution.

Generates and prepares, weekly exception reports and supporting documents, from Salesforce for review by the Operational and Sales Teams.
Prepares weekly, monthly and annual financial reports.
Participates with the preparation of month and year-end processes by reviewing actual vs. budget/forecast variances, reviewing financial trends and making recommendations for accruals.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
