Description
We are seeking a self-motivated

Financial Analyst , a high visibility position in our growing FP&A department.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Finance and Accounting management and provide cross functional support to Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

The Financial Analyst will work in a fast-paced environment and kickstart their career with one of the fastest growing CPG companies of all-time.

This is an on-site, full-time position at the CELSIUS HQ in Boca Raton, Florida.
Responsibilities
Create Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards and other strategic management tools.
Investigate variances to budget/forecast and communicate critical drivers.
Assist with monthly revenue and profitability projections.
Develop financial models as part of the annual budget planning process.
Partner with Marketing and Accounting to ensure accurate reporting and journal entries.
Help drive operational efficiencies and cost saving initiatives.
Undertake additional duties, ad hoc analyses, and projects as business needs change.
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Proficient in MS Office applications, with adequate Excel and financial modeling skills.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, facilitating effective team collaboration.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in the office daily.
