    Description

    LHH
    is partnering with a global publicly traded services company in Deerfield, IL, on a Senior Financial Analyst opportunity.

    This is a newly created position open due to growth, and I will support the Senior Manager of FP&A with financial analysis, capital planning management, operational initiatives, and ad-hoc reporting/projects.

    This is a highly visible role and will interact with senior leadership and offer a defined path to the manager.

    This is a great opportunity for individuals coming out of public accounting looking to make a pivot into FP&A.
    This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to be onsite 3 days/week.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    P&L Management
    Monthly/Quarterly Reporting

    Budget vs. Actual analysis

    Long-range planning

    Forecasting

    Financial Analysis- trend analysis, QoQ, YoY, etc.

    Capital Management
    CAPEX Analysis

    Spend Analysis

    Financial Analysis/Ad-hoc reporting

    Operational Initiatives
    Building financial models

    Identify cost-saving initiatives

    Assist in special projects


    REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA preferred

    1-4 years of experience, preferably in public accounting, FP&A or analytics

    Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Willingness and hungry to learn

    Strong critical thinking and attention to details skills

    COMPENSATION/BENEFITS
    $80K-$95K

    Hybrid 3/2 model
