Job DescriptionJob Title: Accounting Specialist
Location: NE Portland, OR
Job Details: Fully Onsite, Temp To Hire
Compensation: $27-$30 an hour DOE

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Specialist to join our client in NE Portland, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 3-year experience in accounts payable and possess strong Excel skills (pivot tables and v-lookups).

Responsibilities:

Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.
Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files.
Aid with vendor inquiries, prepare and process weekly check runs, and provide support to other accounting functions as required.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, and accruals.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation/Benefits: $27-$30 an hour DOE
Benefits vary depending on employer

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
