    Description

    As an Associate within our client's Commercial Real Estate Debt Group, the successful candidate will be a pivotal member of the portfolio reporting team. They will focus primarily on analyzing and reporting on a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate credit exceeding $40 billion globally.

    Reporting to our client's Global Head of Commercial Real Estate Asset Management, the candidate will gain exposure to various lending products, CRE types, and structures while closely collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.

    Key responsibilities include monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, addressing ad-hoc requests, enhancing internal reporting systems, and managing crucial risk metrics and investment performance indicators. The role demands exceptional technical skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with a strong interest in credit and real estate markets. Initiative, collaboration, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities are vital for success in this dynamic role.
