    Position Overview:

    We're on the hunt for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to champion Inclusion Cloud's expansion within

    the Dallas area as part of our North America Division. This role is tailor-made for someone with a proven track record in IT service sales, ready to lead our growth strategy from Dallas and transform new business opportunities into lasting client partnerships.

    Your Role & Impact:

    • Actively pursue and secure new sales opportunities through a mix of cold calling, emailing, networking, and social media, leveraging advanced sales tools to convert leads into valued clients.
    • Engage in meaningful dialogue via phone to produce high-quality inbound leads from our email marketing efforts.
    • Collaborate closely with the team to develop and execute strategic prospecting plans.
    • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by understanding client needs, presenting our value proposition, and illustrating the benefits of our services.
    • Cultivate and expand a new business pipeline to meet and surpass sales quotas.
    • Build and sustain professional relationships to drive sales and use data insights to demonstrate how our services align with client goals.
    • Efficiently manage your sales pipeline and report on key sales activities, ensuring accuracy in sales forecasting and pipeline management.

    Who We're Looking For:

    • A self-driven, goal-oriented hunter passionate about sales and achieving personal and professional milestones.
    • 4+ years of experience in sales, with a robust network in the IT industry.
    • Proven prowess in initiating new opportunities, closing deals, and fostering long-term client relationships.
    • A knack for engaging and influencing C-Level decision-makers.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot), Marketing Automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
    • Experience in selling nearshore IT professional services and managing IT service sales processes is highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated success in revenue generation, client retention, and achieving sales targets.
    • Skilled in managing a P&L, including business reporting and performance metrics.
    • Adept at adopting and executing new marketing and negotiation strategies.
    • Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
    • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
