- 4+ years of experience in sales, with a robust network in the IT industry.
- Proven prowess in initiating new opportunities, closing deals, and fostering long-term client relationships.
- A knack for engaging and influencing C-Level decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot), Marketing Automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
- Experience in selling nearshore IT professional services and managing IT service sales processes is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in revenue generation, client retention, and achieving sales targets.
- Skilled in managing a P&L, including business reporting and performance metrics.
- Adept at adopting and executing new marketing and negotiation strategies.
- Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
