We are seeking qualified candidates that are focused on quality and safety.Qualified candidates must be able to perform all duties listed below safely and follow all company safety procedures.

KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESKnowledge and ability to position, layout, fit-up, cut and weld in accordance to blueprintsRead and interpret all AWS basic weld symbols and typical welding symbolsComprehend a Bill of Material to determine necessary materials and requirementsPerform detailed quality checks following D1.1 standardsOperate tooling and equipment, such as a torch, grinder, air arc, and overhead cranesPerforming all job duties following company safety rules and proper use of assigned personal protective equipmentREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMust pass an AWS 2G flux core multi pass weld test on a one-inch plateExperience laying multiple passes with flux core wire feedFrequently lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds of materialFrequently walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbingFrequent use of basic hand and measurement toolsWork requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strengthApplicants must be willing and able to work mandatory weekday and voluntary Saturday overtimeDESIRED QUALIFICATIONSOne (1) year or more of welding/fabrication work experience at meets or exceeds performance expectationAll candidates must be willing to submit to any job-related background check, medical exam and drug screen that are required during the hiring process.
