General Statement of Duties:


Typical Job Duties:

• Operating a dump truck
• Plowing Snow
• Street and light maintenance
• Park and building maintenance
• Vehicle maintenance (heavy duty dump / garbage trucks, pickup trucks, skid steer, chipper, and leaf loaders)
• Refuse and yard waste collection
• Stormwater and wastewater infrastructure maintenance
• Landscaping, and tree removal with restoration

This list of duties is not all-inclusive, and other duties are required and assigned as operationally necessary.


Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Wisconsin Class D driver's license
• Applicants must possess a valid CDL (Class B) driver's license, or the ability to obtain within six months of hire
• Other preferred qualifications:
• Experience in Public Works operations
• Experience in water/wastewater systems
• State of Wisconsin water certifications
• Strong mechanical skills
• Possess a Water operator's license

Pay for this position:
Starts at $23-$25/hour plus an advanced signing bonus of $1,000-$3,000 dependent upon qualifications and a 3% wage increase. The Village of Maple Bluff offers an excellent benefit package to include Wisconsin State Retirement and health/dental/life insurances.

$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
