General Summary/ Overview Statement:
The Medical Practice Evaluation Center (MPEC) is looking for Research Assistants (Clinical Research Coordinators) to join an internationally recognized team from Massachusetts General Hospital dedicated to enhancing clinical outcomes, increasing value in health policy, and influencing global public health through innovative research, collaboration, and education. MPEC is a dynamic and diverse group that highly values the contributions of its Research Assistants. Interested candidates will undergo training on various research topics, simulation models, interdisciplinary collaboration, and best practices in academic research. The role also involves communicating research work to external audiences and developing essential presentation skills. Research Assistants will have the opportunity to engage in a range of activities such as coauthoring manuscripts, clinical shadowing, conference presentations, and receiving references for future endeavors.
Research Assistants will collaborate with investigators in the Epidemiology and Implementation pillar within MPEC. The pillar focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluating interventions to enhance medical care engagement in both domestic and international settings.
