    Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator II

    Company: [Company Name]

    Under the management of the Clinical Program Manager for the Division of Transplantation, the Clinical Research Coordinator II supports with patient screening, recruitment, and implementation of study procedures. The Coordinator is responsible for obtaining informed consent from identified study patients and managing patient data collected from various sources, such as clinical lab and radiology records, to be entered into research databases.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate multiple clinical research studies concurrently, focusing on recruitment and enrollment strategies
    • Assist with regulatory compliance tasks, including preparing and submitting regulatory documents
    • Handle data management responsibilities following HIPAA guidelines, such as data entry and report generation
    • Provide office and laboratory support, overseeing bio-tissue collection and sample processing
    • Undertake additional administrative and research tasks as needed

    Skills and Abilities Required:

    • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and efficiently
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data entry
    • Experience with medical chart reviews and electronic medical records
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
    • Excellent communication skills and professionalism in interacting with study participants
    • Flexible work hours with occasional early morning and after-hours work

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 1-2 years of research-related experience required
