    Top required Skills
    1) Understanding Document Management, transmitting official documents/records between Dominion Energy (owner) and external vendors, includes tracking workflows, due dates, and versioning; Knowledge of computer-assisted retrieval systems, filing systems, and records management operations.

    2) Strong organizational and customer focus, and able to document work processes.

    3) Use Microsoft Office (Excel, OneDrive, and OneNote) to export data and create metrics reports.

    4) Basic knowledge of SharePoint. Ability to dig into simple Power Automate and BI functionality to trigger auto emails when site changes are made.

    5) Good verbal and written communication skills; Team player with strong customer focus skills, must be able to effectively interface with technical experts on project teams. Accuracy of work important. Ability to take notes when learning processes and to teach skillsets learned to others.

    6) Ability to migrate documents from one system to another. Keep track of work, avoiding duplicates, documenting progress, minimizing errors.

    7) Perform other duties as requested or assigned.


    Education Level:


    • High School Diploma (or GED) required.

    • Associates Degree in Business or Computer Science related field preferred.

    Salary: $50,000/year
