Responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute preschool curriculum consistent with State licensing requirements.
  • Provide support to the lead teacher in supervising students at all times, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
  • Assist in maintaining records of students' progress and development, including attendance records, daily reports, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to create a positive and engaging learning environment for all children.

Qualifications:


  • Associate in Child Development or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an early childhood setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to create and implement lesson plans.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • CDA or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Efficient knowledge of computer skills and literacy in Microsoft Office.
  • CPR certification/ability to receive certification upon emloyment
