- Performs computer hardware and software installations, maintenance tasks, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment.
- Operating, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with the Windows 10/11 operating system.
- Coordinates across multiple departments/vendors to provide support.
- Interacts with the customer when responding to technical questions or requests for information.
- Maintains regular attendance.
- Support and maintain Teams and Zoom video conferencing platforms running on Polycom hardware.
- Create technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Contributing to IT-related projects as required, supporting the broader objectives of the organization.
- Solid experience on the helpdesk or desktop support role.
- Experience working with Microsoft 365, and AD.
- Working knowledge of Window 10 operating system, imaging & deployment.
- Working knowledge of video conferencing technology (Teams, Zoom) to provide support in conference rooms.
- Expert knowledge and troubleshooting related to Win 10/11 OS.
- Ticketing system: ServiceNow or other similar ticketing tool preferred.
- Strong knowledge of helpdesk and IT Service Management operational best practices, including knowledge documentation, incident escalations, change management, and effective communications.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and be a "self-starter."
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple groups.
